January run

A cold day for a run. Well, relatively speaking. Not bad for a January, but cooler than it has been. During winter runs (even mild winters) I am always a bit chiiled at the outset, my knee being tight, then as I warm up, it begins to loosen up, and by the time I am done I have a fair sweat going.

The key is to keep moving. To keep doing something everyday, or atleast most days. You eat everyday, you lay around everyday, in my mind, you should exercise everyday (or atleast most days). Do something productive, move in some way that works your muscles and joints.

Be active, be happy
