I felt the need to mix it up a little today. I have been slowing down a little this summer with work and all. So I went to Nay Aug Park, did a few miles that included a hill run and a few things to play on. The weather was a little cooler than it had been lately (still in the 80's though) so out and about I went. The pool is of course open and there were people around. There were walkers, runners and pets here and there. A few people that looked moderately homeless were there also, mostly sitting at the picnic tables. Mostly it was pretty quiet though. I had no problem getting in everything that I wanted. I highly recommend enjoying the weather whenever possible.
