Happy Thanksgiving to all. Eat some turkey and potatoes and all. Wash it down with wine then tomorrow go for a walk or a run or do some push-ups, or some yoga or what ever floats your boat, but do something.
I jumped on the bike before eating. I did a little bit with my dumbells, jumped on the treadmill for a couple of miles and made sure that I stretched well and took my joints through their paces. My knee is tight, my hip is pretty solid, and I'm concerned that if I don't use them fully, I'll lose what little mobility I have. I'm really not that bad, but I DO beleive that if you don't use it, you lose it, and I'm not ready to lose anything just yet.
Don't be a loser (except some weight or stiffness), move and enjoy life.
